Dance and Exercise Programmes

Stairway coaching works with a diverse range of dance and exercise programmes to suit all ages and abilities. We have regular classes in the Torbay area and also provide one off workshops and dance events throughout the south west.

Positive Mental Health

In addition to physical exercise we also focus on positive mental health offering

  • mindfulness & breathwork classes,
  • laughter yoga, and
  • “finding your voice” (singing for fun- regular sessions).

Instructor Anne George is an NLP (neuro linguistic programming) practioner/public speaker, specialising in assisting individuals with confidence & presentation skills, communication and memory improvement techniques
